You'd be safer riding the NYC subway and walking around the city then going to AC right now. Hardly anyone was wearing masks and no social distancing to be found. The city’s two newest casinos - Hard Rock and Ocean - which both opened on June 27, 2018, have become the second and third most successful Atlantic City casinos in terms of money won from in-person gamblers. The boardwalk was filthy, people smoking weed and hookah. The exterior of the Hard Rock casino in Atlantic City, N.J. I will never return here again! This is not my first time coming to AC, but it was my first and last time staying here.
The elevator stopped again and and very large women and child pushed their way onto to the elevator saying 'I ain't got time for this bs!' I felt very threatened and unsafe at this point when we got off the elevator on level 3 there was no one around. As we made our way down the elevator stop and a man pushed on even when we said the elevator was full. My daughter and I boarded an elevator with two other men. we waited more than 45 minutes and needed to split up in order to get downstairs to the lobby. Out of 12 elevators only 6 were operational when my family was trying to check out of the hotel. The rule is 4 people to an elevator, no staff was assigned to make sure guests were complying. Guests are not social distancing and are taking their masks off while walking around hotel levels and away from the casino and food areas.
This hotel isn't safe! The casino floor is the only place you will find security. Don't be fooled by the facade of temperature screening and people cleaning in the common areas.
